Like many mothers, you often find yourself prioritizing the well-being of everyone around you. There are nights that feel never-ending, leaving you more exhausted than ever before. Yet, somehow, you muster just enough energy to prepare one more bottle, tackle another load of laundry, or whip up one more meal. I used to be that mom, always hanging on for one more moment.
I yearned for change, a desperate desire to become a new and improved version of myself for my growing family—a mother and wife they could take pride in, rather than constantly having to lift me up.

Embarking on a journey is never a straightforward path, but it's undeniably worth it. The power to clear your mind and focus on what your body can achieve is still a thrilling experience for me. Today, fitness is an integral part of who I am. While it was initially a struggle, I'm immensely grateful that I didn't give up on myself. I believed in myself and in the potential for transformation.
